SUMMARY:Tailoring Sessions
DESCRIPTION:A three-month tailoring productivity training program was conducted with the selection of beneficiaries and the involvement of local resource persons. Through this program\, participants gained practical tailoring skills and hands-on experience\, enabling them to improve their livelihoods. As a result of the training\, three trainees successfully started their own tailoring shops\, while several others secured employment in garment factories. Some beneficiaries utilized the skills for personal and household needs by stitching items such as frocks\, pillow covers\, children’s dresses\, and nightwear\, reducing family expenses and enhancing self-reliance. The program also encouraged teamwork and peer learning by organizing participants into small working groups\, further strengthening their confidence and productivity.
